This website aims to inform about BuddyBeam SL and its AI avatar platform, BuddyBeam Avatars, as well as its vertical solutions: Accolier, Accolier Living and BuddyBeam Care. Accessing the website grants the user status and implies acceptance of these terms.

4. VIRTUAL ASSISTANT AND ARTIFICIAL INTELLIGENCE

This website includes an interactive virtual assistant powered by artificial intelligence. By using the avatar, the user acknowledges and accepts the following:

• The avatar is an AI-based system, not a real person. In compliance with EU Regulation 2024/1689 (AI Act), users are informed that they are interacting with an artificial intelligence system.
• The avatar's responses are generated automatically by AI language models and are informational only. They do not constitute professional, legal, financial, or medical advice.
• BUDDYBEAM, S.L. does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or suitability of the responses generated by the avatar.
• The user must accept the Privacy Policy and Terms of Service before initiating any interaction with the avatar.
• Session metadata (IP address, time, duration, number of turns) is collected in accordance with our Privacy Policy. The transcripts and audio of the conversation are retained for as long as necessary and, with your consent, used to improve and train (fine-tuning) our own models, in accordance with the Privacy Policy.
