All website contents, including texts, images, designs, logos, source code and software, are the property of BUDDYBEAM, S.L. or are used under license or express authorization from the authors.

4. VIRTUAL ASSISTANT (SOFIA) AND ARTIFICIAL INTELLIGENCE

This website includes an interactive virtual assistant named Sofia, powered by artificial intelligence. By using Sofia, the user acknowledges and accepts the following:

• Sofia is an AI-based system, not a real person. In compliance with EU Regulation 2024/1689 (AI Act), users are informed that they are interacting with an artificial intelligence system.
• Sofia's responses are generated automatically by AI language models and are informational only. They do not constitute professional, legal, financial, or medical advice.
• BUDDYBEAM, S.L. does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or suitability of the responses generated by Sofia.
• The user must accept the Privacy Policy and Terms of Service before initiating any interaction with Sofia.
• Session metadata (IP address, time, duration, number of turns) is collected in accordance with our Privacy Policy. Conversation content is processed temporarily and deleted automatically when the session ends.

For the resolution of disputes, the parties submit to the Courts of Tarragona.
